A Dynamic warmup designed to activate the muscle groups used in class. You will reach an elevated state of awareness and mentally prepare yourself for the next phase.

Release

Identify and combat adhesions, restrictions and imbalances with foam rolling, localized vibration, stimulation therapy along with static and dynamic stretching.
