A Dynamic warmup designed to activate the muscle groups used in class. You will reach an elevated state of awareness and mentally prepare yourself for the next phase.

Beast Core

ABC

3 sections of core, glute, hamstring and lower back exercises created to tone the midsection and strengthen the core stabilizing muscles to improve both appearance and performance with different movements, timing and protocols. Experience a different challenge every class. Your certified Pack Leader will demonstrate all the exercises and lead you through the workout keeping you and the rest of the pack motivated while correcting form and providing exercise alternatives as needed.

BEAST OUT

90 seconds of high energy, high intensity explosion of dynamic movements and intensified music to jump up your heart rate.

Tame

Final phase designed to cool down your body, lower your heart rate, stretch your muscles and return your mental focus.
